We started from one pattern we kept seeing.
Before Grow2FIT we spent more than twenty years inside banks and software vendors that build for them: in delivery, architecture, and operations. We saw these systems from the inside, across dozens of projects. And we kept seeing the same pattern.
Resilient infrastructure is the foundation everything else runs on — and it is the part that gets treated as a cost, or postponed until something breaks. The platform is assumed to be fine until an audit, an incident, or a scaling wall proves otherwise. By then, the timeline to fix it is rarely yours to set.
We founded Grow2FIT in 2020 to flip that order — to treat resilient infrastructure as the starting point, not the patch you apply after the failure.
Since then we have grown from supplying senior experts into something more complete: today we design, build, and operate infrastructure platforms ourselves, for regulated environments where both the audit and the incident are real. Not a desk that sends CVs and waits. Not a consultancy that hands over a slide deck and leaves. A team that stays accountable for whether the platform actually holds.
