What we process and why

Contact form

When you use the contact form we process your name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message. We use this to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a contract. Legal basis: steps prior to / performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The form submission is sent by email to our company inbox via our hosting provider (see Recipients).

Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically records technical data when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, date and time of access, and the pages requested. We use this to operate and secure the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you reached us. This relies on cookies. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings.

Embedded content

Our contact page embeds Google Maps. When the map loads, your IP address is sent to Google so it can be delivered. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in displaying the website correctly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Job applications

Applications are not handled on this website. Our careers site (careers.grow2fit.com) runs on a separate recruitment platform, Manatal, which processes applicant data under its own terms.

Recipients

We share personal data only with providers that process it on our behalf:

  • Google (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) — Google Analytics, Google Maps. Privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
  • Websupport s.r.o. (Slovakia) — website hosting and contact form email delivery.
  • Manatal — recruitment platform used for our careers site (applicant data only).

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Google, Manatal) may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

  • Contact inquiries: up to 24 months after our last communication, unless a longer period is required (e.g. a resulting contract).
  • Server logs: up to 6 months.
  • Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics.
  • Applicant data: retained on the recruitment platform (Manatal) under the careers site's terms.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, and to its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact info@grow2fit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
