KvaPay — Infrastructure Enhancements & GitOps Deployment
KvaPay needed to modernize its infrastructure to scale reliably, deploy faster, and gain real operational visibility. Grow2FIT delivered a Kubernetes platform built on GitOps — fully version-controlled, observable, and disaster-recovery ready.
The Challenge
KvaPay required modernization of its infrastructure to enable reliable scaling, faster deployments, and better operational visibility. Their existing systems lacked automation, advanced monitoring, and structured Kubernetes cluster management. The organization set out to adopt GitOps, strengthen observability, and implement disaster recovery.
The Solution
Grow2FIT applied its techfitting methodology — aligning technology, people, and processes with actual business requirements rather than over-engineering the solution. The architecture was built around two primary layers:
- Kubernetes infrastructure — application workloads via Rancher, with automated provisioning through Terraform and Ansible
- Support infrastructure — monitoring, CI/CD runners, error tracking, and backup services
Key technologies: Kubernetes, GitLab, Rancher, Terraform, Ansible, Proxmox, ArgoCD.
All modifications remained version-controlled and reproducible through GitOps. Networks were segmented into facility, production, staging, and backup environments to ensure security and resilience.
